The briefcase has a top handle and holder for carrying in the hand, without a shoulder strap. It closes with a classic lock clasp, which comes with a key included; you can fasten the lock if necessary. Inside the main compartment you can place a laptop/netbook, business papers and other accessories necessary for a business person. In front, under the flap, there is a zippered compartment for documents in A-4 format; On the outside of the back wall of the briefcase there is a pocket for quick access to the essentials.
